General Meetings are Members Meetings (as opposed to monthly Director Meetings) which are usually held bi-annually, generally, around June and February each year.

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) the order of business includes the election of Directors on a rotational basis with one third required to step down each year.  Any club member can nominate for a Director position and when elected as a Director is allocated a portfolio that assists in the running of your co-operative.  Please contact the Secretary to discuss and receive a nomination form.  At the half yearly General Meeting in February, the coming years fees are announced and directors give their half yearly reports. At both the AGM and Special General Meeting (SGM) members can raise any questions on the operation of their co-operative with fellow members.
